Description

Join Dr. Christy Gibson (aka TikTokTraumaDoc) to learn a practical approach to trauma-informed care. The most important factor in creating psychological safety is our ability to regulate our own nervous system - but what does this mean and how can we do that during a busy clinic or hospital day? Dr. Gibson will share 5 evidence-based approaches to trauma-informed care in modern medical practice. You will also have a chance to embody and practice specific skills for nervous system regulation - to help your own stress level but also to share with patients.
