Join fellow women physicians for a supportive and energizing 30-minute round-table conversation designed to reset, reflect, and recharge. In small groups of 6–8, participants will share real experiences from the past year in medicine and explore what has sustained them through the demands of clinical practice, leadership, relationships, and family life. This interactive session emphasizes peer support, shared wisdom, and collective resilience. Participants will exchange practical “life hacks,” name a personal challenge they have carried, and receive perspective and encouragement from a community that understands the unique pressures of being a woman in medicine. Attendees will leave feeling more connected, grounded, and emotionally lighter.
