                                    Life in medicine can be exciting, satisfying, and yet full of demands. Friendships are crucial in helping us stay well. Our personality traits can help us make close friends, and yet can be limiting to us at times too. In this presentation, we will define what makes a good friend, and identify the different kinds of friends that we can have. We will discuss how to make valuable friendships, and how we can sustain them to help us feel supported and healthy.
