CWIM Leaders
CWIM Leaders is a retreat-style course held over three days in various locations across Canada. A more intimate experience in comparison to our large annual conference, CWIM Leaders dives deeper into topics through interactive workshops with a smaller group, all with a leadership focus. There is also time intentionally set aside for recharging and connecting with fellow physicians.
After having over five-hundred women complete CWIM Leaders One virtually in 2021 and 2022, and selling out CWIM Leaders Two twice (in the fall of 2023 and spring of 2024) in beautiful Kelowna, BC, we saw that there is still a demand for more leadership content. We are thrilled to introduce CWIM Leaders Three, with an overall course focus of exploring yourself as a leader. This course is designed to provide awareness and understanding of:

Whether you're in a formal leadership role, aspiring for a leadership position, or simply looking for ways to improve your work and home life, the CWIM Leaders course is for you. Our goal is to add to your leadership and life toolkit and to build a community of women to share successes & struggles with.
Our past CWIM Leaders events have been accredited by RCPSC and the CFPC.

Who is this event for?
This event is for women physicians across Canada with an interest in leadership skills development.
Do I need to have attended CWIM Leaders One and CWIM Leaders Two to attend this event?
No. The events do not build on one another - they can be taken in any order.
Is this event accredited?

Do I have to be a physician to register?
Yes. This event is for physicians only.
Is there a special rate for paid partners of the Canadian Women in Medicine Organization?

I am a CWIM Partner. How do I register?
If your CWIM partnership is active, the main registration page will recognize your email address. Please ensure you are using the same email address as your CWIM partnership registration. If your email is not recognized, please send an email to hello@cwimorg.com to check your partner status and confirm the correct email address.
Can I register if I am not Canadian?
Yes. During registration, please select 'other' under Provincial College Affiliation and add your local country's physician registration number. If you do not have a verifiable physician credential, please email us at hello@cwimgather.com.
