Dr. Heather Lindsay is an Emergency Physician at Vancouver General Hospital, as well as being the unofficial IT coordinator and webmaster and previous Department Head of the Emergency Department. She received her medical training at Queen’s, and completed her Royal College residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto. She has an MPH from UBC, as well as being a graduate of the BC Clinician Quality Academy and the Harvard Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership program, and is currently a Clinical Associate Professor with the University of British Columbia. Her focus is incorporating process improvement and clinical informatics into healthcare operations and leadership, and she has an interest in technology and innovation within healthcare and beyond.
