It uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people better understand themselves and others, helping them make the most of their working relationships. These colour energies (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue) determine how and why people behave the way they do. Included in the program, each participant will complete a pre-assessment and receive their own Insights Discovery personality profile at the event. Over the course of the workshop, participants will learn a simple process to better understand their working style, their strengths and the value they bring to their team.
