Morning Yoga - Mindful Yoga for Healers

Dr. Jessie Mahoney will offer an all-levels Hatha yoga class to help you step out of your baseline cortisol bath and stress state and begin to heal, restore, and grow.  No yoga experience is necessary. Dr. Mahoney is a certified life coach, certified yoga instructor, physician wellness expert, and pediatrician.  She encourages her students to use yoga to nourish themselves, and use their breath and movement as a way to find calm, lightness, and beauty within.  Through yoga, Jessie will help you discover the importance of the pause, the meaning of true presence, and the power of intention and acceptance. If you struggle with self-compassion, time scarcity, disappointment, resentment, jealousy, anger, burnout, and/or intense emotions, Jessie’s yoga will help.
