Join us as CWIM takes over the opulent mansion hotel, The Queen's Landing. This beautiful hotel is located on the Niagara River and offers a serene environment while remaining close to the sights and sounds of the town. The hotel also features an indoor pool, infinity hot tub, cedar sauna, fitness room & library that will be private for our group. There are also a number Resort activities included in your stay.
We have secured a group rate of $199 per night for stays between Sunday, Nov 2nd and Tuesday Nov 4th.
Discounted rates are also available for extended stays, based on availability. There are various rooms at The Queen's Landing, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details to book your hotel reservations will be sent to you in your CWIM Menopause 2025 registration confirmation email (rooms are reserved for in-person conference attendees only) .

Air Canada will be offering a special discount to delegates attending CWIM Menopause 2025 for travel to and from Toronto.
For North America' 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel, 10% on standard fares & higher.

Thinking of renting a car from the airport? There are car rental facilities (Avis, Budget, Enterprise & Hertz) conveniently located in the terminal at Pearson International Airport.
Interested in driving to Niagara-on-the-Lake with other participants? After registering, you'll be added to our private online CWIM Menopause 2025 group. This is a great place to connect with other attendees who may be interested in carpooling.
Shuttle
We will have a special discount with Niagara Airbus for CWIM Menopause 2025 attendees. The code will provide a 20% discount on shared shuttle service from Toronto Pearson Airport to Queens Landing and/or vice versa. Hamilton Airport is only serviced by Exclusive Private Service in which attendees will receive 5% off with the code.
