Join us as CWIM takes over the opulent mansion hotel, The Queen's Landing. This beautiful hotel is located on the Niagara River and offers a serene environment while remaining close to the sights and sounds of the town. The hotel also features an indoor pool, infinity hot tub, cedar sauna, fitness room & library that will be private for our group. There are also a number Resort activities included in your stay.
We have secured a group rate of $199 per night for stays between Sunday, Nov 2nd and Tuesday Nov 4th.
Discounted rates are also available for extended stays, based on availability. There are various rooms at The Queen's Landing, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details to book your hotel reservations will be sent to you in your CWIM Menopause 2025 registration confirmation email (rooms are reserved for in-person conference attendees only) .

Shuttle

CWIM Menopause 2025 attendees will received a discounted one-way shared shuttle fare of $83.20 + tax & gratuity per person, or a discounted roundtrip shuttle fare of $157.60 + tax & gratuity per person for Toronto Pearson Airport. There is also a 5% discount on all private exclusive services for Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop and Hamilton Airports.
The code is valid for online bookings only and must be booked at least 48 hours or more in advance of pickup for shuttle and 8 days or more in advance for private services. The code is valid for travel from October 26, 2025 to November 11, 2025 to allow ample time to travel before and after the event.
