We have secured a group rate of $289 per night + taxes and fees for stays between January 23 and 26, 2025. There are various rooms at The Pomeroy, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Travelling To and From the Event
Join us from across Canada! Kananaskis Village is located between Calgary and Banff. The Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge is a 1h12min drive from the Calgary International Airport. Please see below under 'park pass' if you are travelling in your own car or a rented vehicle.

Air Canada is the official Canadian airline for this event, offering special discounts to participants attending CWIM Leaders Three for travel to and from Calgary. For travel from North America, a 5% discount applies on standard fares, and a 10% discount on flex fares & higher. For International Travel, a 10% discount will apply on standard fares and higher.

Shuttle Service
There are a number of shuttle services and private/group transportation options from the Calgary Airport.

The Brewster Airport Coach leaves from Calgary Airport at 12:30pm, 3:30pm and 6:30pm daily. It departs Kananaskis from Stoney Nakoda Travel Centre at 8:35am and 11:35am daily.

Tickets cost $85.00 for a one-way trip. Prices are subject to change. Guests may board the bus to Banff from the airport. The closest stop is the Stoney Nakoda Travel Centre. Shuttles to Stoney Nakoda can be arranged through our Concierge and Guest Services team, or through our shuttle request website https://lodgeatkananaskis.com/shuttle-request-form/
Brewster also has a full fleet of coach buses that can be rented for transportation to and from the airport or for transportation for off property events. Contact them at 1-866-606-6700 for coach reservations.

Park Pass
All vehicles entering Kananaskis Provincial Park, where The Pomeroy Kananaskis Lodge is located, require a Conservation Pass. Those can be purchased here.
