These colour energies (Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue) determine how and why people behave the way they do.

Included in the program, each participant will complete a pre-assessment and receive their own Insights Discovery personality profile at the event. Over the course of the workshop, participants will learn a simple process to better understand their working style, their strengths and the value they bring to their team. Determining how you want to be seen and known is an important part of managing your career and practice as a physician. Why should positioning or branding matter to physicians? A physician’s professional brand – or reputation - impacts how they are perceived by others – be they patients, staff, or colleagues. It signals to the world who you are, what’s important to you and how you add value. Titles and designations alone don’t do this. They simply indicate one’s role and credentials. If you want to be seen beyond the letters that follow your name, you need to let the world know.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Discover, create, and refine their professional brand

  • Explain how through a professional brand and active networks, physicians will find themselves exposed to new opportunities and resources, including involvement in projects, research or innovation, as well as an improved access to a flow of new information

  • Demonstrate a unified and consistent message through communication and the use of social media
